a. Account Information

When you sign up or sign in using your phone number and OTP, we collect:

b. Health Questionnaire Data

After sign-up, you may complete a health questionnaire to assess your cardiovascular risk. This may include information about:

• Sleep habits
• Alcohol consumption
• Smoking habits
• Diabetes status
• Diagnosed health conditions
• Symptoms experienced
• Medications taken
• Family history of heart disease
• Diet and physical activity levels

This data is used to calculate your cardiovascular risk score and provide personalized health recommendations. Your responses are stored securely and are never shared with third parties without your consent.

c. Health Connect Data

With your explicit permission, the App connects to Health Connect by Android and HealthKit by iOS to access selected health and fitness data, including:

• Sleep data
• Steps and activity levels
• Blood pressure
• Heart rate
• Blood oxygen (SpO₂) levels

We use this data only to display insights and trends within the app to help you track and improve your health. You can revoke access to Health Connect at any time from your device's Health Connect settings.

We do not share, sell, or transfer your Health Connect data to any third parties. All Health Connect data remains securely stored and used solely for your in-app experience.

d. Health Records

You may optionally upload medical or health reports (such as ECG, CBC, CRP, Lipid Profile, or Troponin-I results). These records:

• Are stored securely within our systems
• Can be accessed only by authorized clinicians or coaches linked to your account
• Are used solely for health monitoring and guidance within the App

We do not share these records with anyone outside the authorized clinician network.

e. Chat and Coaching

The App includes a chat feature that allows you to communicate with assigned health coaches. Messages and shared files are used only for providing personalized coaching support and improving your health outcomes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide core app functionality
• Calculate cardiovascular risk and display wellness insights
• Enable communication between you and your assigned coach
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Maintain account security and authentication

We never sell your data or use it for targeted advertising.

3. Data Storage and Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Your sensitive health data (including Health Connect and health records) is stored in secure environments with restricted access and processed only for legitimate health-related purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or health data with external third parties. Limited data may be shared only with:

• Authorized clinicians or coaches (to assist with health monitoring)
• Service providers assisting in secure data storage, analytics, or communication — under strict confidentiality agreements

All third-party access complies with applicable data protection regulations.

5. User Control

• You can view and update your personal details from your profile section.
• You can withdraw Health Connect permissions anytime from Health Connect settings.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at heliuswellness.admin@heliuswellness.com.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. If you request account deletion, your data (including health records and questionnaire responses) will be permanently deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any updates will be published within the App and on our website.
